Dechani Altar Servers Tunics - Gold with Gold Embroidery

Add dignity and beauty to the liturgy by clothing your altar servers in tunics that correspond to the colours of the liturgical calendar. A set of tunics allows each young server to have a tunic that fits properly as they grow. Priests often comment that the attitude and attention of the altar servers is greatly enhanced when they are dressed appropriately for the sacred services.

ALTAR SERVERS TUNICS are exclusively available for purchase in value added sets of 14 pieces. Each set contains 2 tunics in 7 sizes for servers ranging in age from 5 years to adult. Individual tunics are not available for purchase.

The tunics are available in the Dechani style only and are made of poly silk shantung. They feature a richly embroidered and beaded cross on the back and embroidery on the neckline, sleeves and hem.

Oraria for sub-deacons can be purchased separately for those who require them, by submitting a contact us email enquiry form.

ABOUT OUR STANDARD SIZING

The stiharion length is adjustable enabling it to be easily lengthened by up to 2 inches (5cm).
The felonion is generously proportioned, the back length finishing 6-8 inches (15-20cm) off the floor.
The RIZA cut will accommodate marginally smaller or larger body types in each size.
The epitrahilion has a slightly dropped front neck for comfortable movement and is finished with tassels at the hem.
Tassels can be shortened by up to 2 inches (5cm) to accommodate personal preference.
Compare your own measurements with your RIZA STANDARD SIZE.
Your RIZA STANDARD SIZE will provide you with a good fit, with few exceptions.
